Monthly Availability
The 5x7 Still Places prints are created only for the month they’re sent.
Gallery prints remain available year-round as part of my main collection.

Can I gift a subscription?
Yes. A printable gift card will be emailed to you after checkout

Do I get to see the print before it ships?
No. The surprise is part of the experience.

When do you mail the prints?

Everything is mailed out on the 1st of each month.
Canadian subscribers usually get it within a week.
U.S. subscribers may take a bit longer.
International delivery varies, but should arrive within 2–4 weeks.

What if I need to cancel or change my address?

Just email me at hello@sherivisakaly.ca and I’ll update your address or cancel your subscription.
If you need changes, send them before the 1st of the month so we can make the corrections.

What if my print doesn’t arrive?

Send us an email and we will be happy to get it fixed .
If it was returned, I’ll resend it.
If it gets lost, I’ll replace it or refund that month, whatever works best for you.

If you sign up before the 1st, your first print ships that month.
If you sign up after the 1st, your first print ships the following month.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to most countries, except those Canada Post can’t ship to due to restrictions. We have a map and are excited to pin all the locations we have shipped to.

Can I switch from Country to City (or the other way)?

Yes.
Email me anytime, and I’ll switch your style for the next month.

Can I get both prints each month?

You sure can! If you want both Country and City versions each month, you can subscribe for both.

Is this a limited edition print?

We only send the 5x7 size prints as part of the subscription collection however
you can still buy a larger gallery print of the image in the shop if you would love one for your wall.
